Ebay x Authenticity Guarantee for Trading Cards

When eBay planned to expand their authentications services to trading cards, we knew one of our biggest tasks was building trust amongst a community that has been riddled with frauds and fakes.

I developed the creative brief, campaign plan, and social rollout to launch eBay's new Authenticity Guarantee service for Trading Cards that honed in on speaking the language of this iconic hobby.

The creative exceeded paid engagement benchmarks on YouTube and Twitter by over 400% and achieved significant results in Brand Lift studies measuring awareness and association.

When a user asked for the service just days before launch, we used this an opportunity to organically share the news with our Trading Cards community. This tweet was featured in the earned media coverage from IGN.
